Positively Polite Petite People (ages 5-7)

     Social Etiquette: Say Please, Say Thank You

Children like to feel confident in social situations, and knowledge of social etiquette allows them to handle themselves and communicate with others with ease.  The program includes such topics as meeting and shaking hands, introducing people, things to do to be nice, ways to show respect, how to including others, being nice to people who are different, when to wear and not to wear hats, words of respect; host and guest behaviors, behavior in public, giving and receiving gifts.

 

    Communication Skills: How to Say it Best

Knowing the tools for effective communication builds self esteem and leadership ability.  The program includes such topics as shaking hands and introducing yourself, making friends, avoiding negative behaviors, conversation skills, listening skills, magic words, telephone manners, body talk, movie or theater etiquette, school etiquette.

 

     Table Manners: Pass the Peas Please

It is important for children to learn dining skills so they can be comfortable in any dining situation, whether home or away.  The program includes such topics as setting the table, using the utensils, resting and finished placement of the untensils, hosting and guest behaviors.

 

Manners Matter and Courtesy Counts (ages 9-12)

     Social Etiquette: Manners Matter and Courtesy Counts

Build confidence and self-esteem by learning how to behave appropriately and be comfortable in social situations. Topics include: greetings and handshakes, common courtesies, etiquette in public places, acts of kindness and respect, good behavior for hosts and guests, image and interviewing skills.

This class includes hands-on participation and historical perspectives.

 

      Communication: Communication 411

This program is designed to build confidence, develop character, and increase self-esteem.  Learn proper greetings and introductions, conversation skills, listening skills, public speaking skills, telephone etiquette and how to write thank you notes.

 

       Table Manners: Total Table Manners

Learn proper table manners including: formal table settings, proper use of utensils, glassware and dishes, the art of serving and receiving food, eating etiquette, and how to be the perfect host and guest. This class includes hands-on participation and historical perspectives.

 

White Gloves;  Ballroom Dance, Social Etiquette (ages 8 – 12)

The design of these classes is to provide not only the best in dance instruction, but also social skills appropriate to the ages of our children. The aim is to give our children a set of social guidelines which they can carry into their teen years and on into adulthood. 

 

Ace the Interview for High School Students

You don’t get a second chance to make a great first impression – first impressions really do count.  Information in this course is applicable to any interview situation. The age old adage, “Practice makes perfect,” couldn’t be more appropriate than it is in this important part of growing up and moving forward.  Empower your student for success through excellent social and communication skills.  Manners Matter!

 

Social Etiquette and Table Manners (ages 12 -14)

Designed for the student with a busy schedule, this two hour class emphasizes the importance of having good manners in all aspects of life. Topics include: Initial Impression, Greetings and Handshakes, Eye contact, Introductions, Conversation and Listening skills.  Table manners:  place settings, proper use of napkins and utensils, behavior at the table, entering and exiting, host and guest responsibilities, and more.  Don't miss this opportunity to discover what makes someone shine! Great class as an introduction or refresher.

White Gloves Table Manners for Teens

This course is geared toward developing poise and self-confidence in social settings.  In this hands-on interactive class, students will learn  the basics of proper dining etiquette as well as gain a better understanding of the importance of strong communication and social skills which are necessary for becoming successful leaders.

Rite Of Passage for High School Seniors

Be the man who is remembered for all the right reasons.  Be the lady who leads with professionalism and confidence as well as grace and poise. The course is comprised of Social Dance Instruction, Business Etiquette, Communication Skills, and Table Manners.  Course includes a four course dinner.
